Our services.

  • Project Analysis / Consultation

At the concept stage, we offer full technical consultation, feasibility assessments, and advisory services to establish project scope, deliverables, and risks. Our expertise covers a wide range of B2B and MDU design, P2P networks, including diversionary works, wireless cell sites, commercial premises and Wi-Fi surveys over various facilities.

  • High Level Design

We develop backbone designs, civils planning, third-party access, cabinet and OLT placement, cabling and joint locations, NOI submissions, and other bespoke design services.

  • Site Surveys

Our internal surveys focus on identifying equipment and termination points, determining suitable routing, and highlighting potential hazards such as asbestos, fire risks, working at height, and any site-specific operational requirements. These assessments allow us to design safe, efficient, and compliant installation routes within the premises.

Our external surveys cover a wide range of factors including PIA routing, planned civils, equipment and joint placement, and the identification of additional hazards or site-specific conditions. We also assess features that may impact build feasibility, ensuring that all external elements are fully accounted for prior to design finalisation.

  • Planning & Design

We deliver comprehensive planning and technical consultancy across all aspects of fibre optic and data networks, ensuring that every solution is specifically tailored to meet the client’s requirements. Our final design packs are produced to the highest standards and are suitable for use in wayleave applications and consent processes. These packs typically include land registry information, detailed external mapping, a full range of design schematics, and the preparation of a final Bill of Materials (BOM) covering both cabling and civils where required. To support accuracy and validation, surveyor photographs will be incorporated, providing a complete and transparent record for all stakeholders.

  • Project Management & Administration

Our dedicated administration team provide a comprehensive, end-to-end support, ensuring that every stage of the planning and delivery process is managed with efficiency and precision. Their responsibilities include the production of marked-up floor plans, preparation of consent packs, land registry consultations, arranging access through direct engagement with landlords and stakeholders. Embedded quality control procedures guarantee accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery across all projects.

For larger or more complex schemes, we also provide client representation at key meetings, offering both technical and operational expertise to support successful project progression. Our surveyors are fully trained to liaise with customers, managing agents, and local authorities, carrying out detailed site walkthroughs to confirm that all requirements are fully understood and addressed prior to build commencement.

  • Quality Assurance & Control

We have a dedicated team of planners responsible for quality control of our clients’ subcontractors. Their work includes training client staff and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with CDM and relevant safety legislation, adherence to the client’s preferred construction methods, and the overall enhancement of design quality. Once all requirements have been verified, our team formally approves the job on behalf of the client to progress to the build stage, providing assurance that the project meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and design integrity
